i wish i could be with you today. i remember driving in santa monica in our red Karmann Ghia, Alabama playing on the 8-track, your tan freckled shoulders shining in the sun, smelling of tanning oil. your long blonde hair whipped out the window. you were the most beautiful thing i had ever seen. i love you my teacher.
